get hung up on logos � and wanting to invest a lot of money in trying to
create a really artsy fartsy one. At WorldsCheapestPrinting.com we are
happy to make you a basic logo included in our graphic design charges �
but really only feel logos matter for very large, well branded products
in a few unique markets. Most of the clients WorldsCheapestPrinting.com
serves are mid to smaller businesses who don�t have the money and/or
time to really brand a logo. In almost most cases � a logo would not
really make any difference in regards the ability for a printed piece to
work and/or generate sales. Even with the largest companies, you will

The first question some people have
when placing an order is when and where to upload files � this is the
last step of the process. At WorldsCheapestPrinting.com we always
welcome phone orders, questions and calls, so please do feel free to
call us at 512-573-1977. For all who want to order online, we have tried
to make the process as simple and user friendly as possible � and
throughout the checkout process at the top of the site it will give you each step in the check out process and what step you are on. When Is My Charge Card Processed? We never do any automatic charges to your credit card as we want to be sure we are serving you and your company in the most productive way � so no charges are made until you approve your final artwork proof is emailed (even if you have print ready artwork, you are always sent a proof to verify). Once you do approve your final artwork files, your credit card is charged immediately and your order enters into the production process. Can I Order Over The Phone? At WorldsCheapestPrinting.com we are always very happy to take your order over the phone � you will receive an email confirmation via email and your account will be set up as if you did order online. The only thing we do not do via the phone is take graphic art instruction and comments � this helps us keep our graphic artist productive and minimizes and possible errors � as with verbal chat, things can be missed or misinterpreted. Can The Order Quantity Be Split Between Multiple Designs? All orders are produced using large Gang Runs in runs of 5,000. All 5,000 pieces must be the same exact file. |

Your order is produced from Jpegs,
300 dpi, CMYK Color � but not all programs do a good job in converting
files to Jpegs � so what ideally works and gives us the flexibility to
correct minor submission errors would be a PDF, 300 DPI or greater, CMYK
Color save as a Image File and/or with fonts embedded with the file.
Other files we accept that we can easily convert for you are: PDF, GIF,
JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PNG. Program files we can accept are Photoshop,
Illustrator, Corel 12 or older & Publisher files. If you have ordered
graphic services, we can also accept Word, Excel, Power Point files for
reference. About Resolution If files are sent below 300 dpi, we are not able to increase the resolution. If the only digital file you have is lower resolution, you would have to purchase graphic services as the file would have to be remade from scratch. We would use your low resolution graphic as a guideline. Any pictures or logos on the low res card would have to be emailed separately. |
| REPRODUCTION
LIMITATIONS

At WorldsCheapestPrinting.com we use
the most advance digital reproduction methods available that allows our
clients to have the highest quality marketing materials at black and
white prices. Everything is produced in Gang Runs in where up to 24 jobs
are ran together on the same sheet. Because every run will be different
and have different designs with different colors, it can cause shades to
shift a little. The same card can be ran on 2 different runs, and
depending on the colors and shades used in the design, the two cards may
look a tad bit different. How To Minimize Color Shifts Some colors tend to shift more than others so if you avoid these colors it will minimize any variance in production. Dark Greens, Blues & Purples tend to shift most. Any shades that are close in the color scale to the next color is where you will see the most shift. We are WorldsCheapestPrinting.com recommend using more solid and vivid colors using sharper contrasts. Great News About If Colors Shift Some If you do order the same print job at 2 different times and you find that one has a little different shade then the 1st order � the good news is the only one that will know there was a color shift would be you � the people will have no idea that there was a shift. What I See On My Computer Screen and/or Color Printer One thing to keep in mind is what you view on your computer screen is displayed in RGB color � your order is actually printed in CMYK � so what you see on the screen will not accurately reflect actual color reproduction. Even viewing the same proof on different monitors will change color shades. Also, what comes out of your color bubble jet or laser printer will not necessarily reflect accurately the colors that will be reproduced Card Cuts Will Vary Since all orders are done in large Gang Runs, the cuts can vary up to 3/16�. When designing your artwork, avoid using line borders close to the edge and keep anything important �� away from the edge of the design. You can have your images go to the edge. Crop Marks Please do not use crop marks on your designs, please just size the image to the size of the piece you are ordering. With business cards, make the size 3.625x2.125. Over / Under Production Amounts With Gang Run Printing extra cards are produced to assure you have approximately 5,000 or more pieces � but since reproduction quality can vary at the beginning and end of a run, the actual number shipped can vary up to 5% over or under the 5,000 quantity. In most cases, more than 5,000 pieces typically are shipped. If less there is more than a 5% shortage, you will be refunded on a per unit basis. |
| WHEN NOT TO USE UV
COATING |
|
UV Coating is a high gloss finish
that gives a very nice sheen to all printed pieces and will also make
them seem a little thicker. 95% of our clients order UV because of the
presentation factor. You can write on UV with a sharpie � and it really
looks nice and will appear as part of the actual printing. Ball point
pens will write on UV but, depending on the type of pen (ball point
recommended), it may skip at times. DO NOT USE UV COATING if you are
wanting to write all over the card, have an order form as part of the
piece, need to ink jet addresses or bar codes on the piece or do prefer
a more matte finish. |
